Suitability: Squalo may have been separated from Xanxus in the past, but he still had his ambitions to work for, and the rest of the Varia. Being in Norfinbury will be completely different from what he knows - he'll truly be by himself, and will likely be forced to rely on strangers. It's interesting to see how he may deal with it; will he accept working with people he deems lesser than himself, will he choose to be an outcast, or will he crack? Not only is he not used to operating alone for prolonged periods of time, he's also never had to forage, suffer the shortage of fights, or booze. He will be awfully restless, and the cold will make it worse - both because he's used to warmer climate, and because he still associates ice with Xanxus' prison on a subconscious level. He's pretty mentally resilient, but this should make his bandwidth screech.
The setting should push him extra far out of his comfort zone, and he'll have to find a way to re-establish himself for the time being, as nothing he's built for himself has any meaning in this place. He doesn't normally need to work with others, maybe he'll end up making (gasp) friends! Or just ruin everything for everyone. While he will be strongly motivated to find a way to escape which should lead to him being more helpful than normal, that does not mean that he will not under any circumstances sabotage someone else's efforts, especially if he dislikes them or sees a way to benefit himself. So I'm also down to rent him out for plots that may need an antagonist, and to handle the following consequences if applicable. And there's plenty about him that can come around to bite him in the ass.
