The house in this case is fairly unremarkable: it's one story, consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with an island and stools that probably served as a dining area. The backyard, however, is dangerous to travel over: there was an in-ground pool in the back, but it's long since been filled entirely with snow and then all signs of it covered over. Stepping onto it could easily lead to falling up to ten feet deep into the snow. "ALPHONSE ELRIC, DAY ONE, TRAVELLING WEST" is written on the wall of the hallway in pen.
