Obituary

The town of Norfinbury publishes obituaries over the network every two IC days (six OOC days). If your character dies for any reason (due to IC actions, as part of a hiatus, or as a result of being idled/dropped), you are required to report their death here. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the obituaries, we ask that you do not backdate deaths into a prior obituary period, and please be mindful when you plot a character death. Characters who have died as a result of IC actions will revive at erratic times. Additionally, upon revival, they will suffer a temporary loss of a major sense, ability, emotion, or memory for a minimum of three OOC days and a maximum of one OOC month. Moderators will roll for the amount of OOC days (between one and seven) until your character revives. We will reply to your report with the day and time that your character will revive as well as where they will be reviving. However, we will not be deciding what your character loses as a result of their death. Loss: Her siren tattoos. Which sounds like a shitty loss until you consider that Angel's siren status is extremely important wrt how she sees herself, and the tattoos canonically fade to nothing when a siren dies. So Angel will assume they're lost forever AND IT'LL MESS HER UP GOOD

A question about Rhys's loss: could you elaborate on why this would be a loss for Rhys? It's effect on AI Jack is obvious, of course.

Loss: Cloud will lose his sense of touch - he will still be able to feel the biting cold, but if he touches anything, won't be able to feel it within his hands.

Type of Death: IC consequence. While on keyquest, Zack was killed while covering Kunsel. They were attempting to retrieve the key from the locked room when the cases behind them exploded and riddled him full of glass shards.
Loss: Loss of his affectionate sense of touch. Try as he might, when he physically touches, hugs, hair ruffles, noogies, or does whatever with anyone, he will not feel a thing. This is a big deal for Zack who tends to use this as a coping mechanism as well as reassurance for others.

Due to participation in the event, would it be possible that he was revived on the same day? Otherwise, that completely trumps a handful of my threads I've already written including Zack's own dream and the NPC thread.
