The floorboards come up rather easily in that damaged area, though there's nothing beneath them except for eroded earth. The kitchen table seems viable at first, but as soon as Zell puts his weight on it, it falls through the soggy kitchen floor into an eroded sinkhole beneath the house. The space beneath the house is almost large enough to be a basement, though as it's the product of nature, there's nothing of interest to be found down here. The hole is deep enough to stand up in, but it's not impossible to get out of with some reaching.
