A monster, resembling a body halfway through surgery with its chest cut and pinned open and ropes of static intestines dangling out, runs at the group from the side of a building, screeching inhumanly even though it lacks a mouth, or indeed any features on its face at all. It will pursue until it catches someone or can no longer reach them.
