When the four keys are turned in the four locations, the final door of the hotel opens--the keycards in the hotel aren't necessary at all. The room is completely empty and covered in the eye symbol that they're likely very familiar with by now. There's a keycard here; it has a picture of a bunch of cute fish on it.
