H31 contains only snow. There's a building of some sort to the south. G32, at its southernmost limit, contains a large metal gate. The gate is numbered 250, and described as follows: An incredibly tall gate made of some unknown steel. It stretches twice over as high as the snow walls from the earlier residential areas, and "TOWN OF NORFINBURY SECURITY GATE" is stamped on the doors. It's sealed tight--there's no way to open it.
