She will go just far enough from the building to realize that visibility is extremely, dangerously low; presumably she will get far enough to look back and realize she already can't see the house and is struggling to breathe to boot. She will immediately turn back and retrace her steps to get back inside; I recognize that this puts her in danger of losing her way or getting ambushed by an anomaly. If she struggles to find her way, one of her first steps will be to stoop low so she can see her own footprints and follow them back.
