The shapes are about the size of a soccer ball, and are arranged so they cover the entire floor. It does seem complete, but only in the sense that the whole floor is covered with them--they don't form any picture. The paint looks chipped and cracked as if it's been there for a very long time. He can scrape away a bit, but it's soaked into the floorboards so he can't really scrape it all off.
The door is almost identical to the sealed door from a couple of days ago. There's no handle or knob or keyhole or anything, and it's too tight to see through any cracks. It's made of metal, and nothing of note can be heard through it.
