It's a good thing Sylar thinks to close that door, because as soon as they shut the first door, that's exactly where the anomaly heads--and it crashes against the closed door with what could be frustration. They manage to keep it out until lockdown begins and all of the doors lock up. The anomaly lingers outside until just before lockdown ends, when it wanders off.
