The bathtub is not freestanding. It does, however, look like there's something in the drain. He should be able to get his fingers in there and grab it--it's soft and wet, but it is a ragdoll, looking the same as the others. It reacts the same as the others do as well to the eye app, both before and (presumably) after House draws over the eye symbol.
