Clayton's taking a big risk and going to try to find that building to the southwest of 88 that he scouted on day 1, while his makeshift shoes still have a little bit of life in them. He'll first pack up and do one last search of 83 (taking the cat food and the t-shirt), then head straight south in the early morning. He'll be looking for shelter or signs of life, like footprints. If he finds the former, he'll stop and stay; the latter, he'll try and follow them or figure out where they came from.
