The town of Norfinbury publishes obituaries over the network every two IC days (six OOC days). If your character dies for any reason (due to IC actions, as part of a hiatus, or as a result of being idled/dropped), you are required to report their death here. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the obituaries, we ask that you do not backdate deaths into a prior obituary period, and please be mindful when you plot a character death. Characters who have died as a result of IC actions will revive at erratic times. Additionally, upon revival, they will suffer a temporary loss of a major sense, ability, emotion, or memory for a minimum of three OOC days and a maximum of one OOC month. Moderators will roll for the amount of OOC days (between one and seven) until your character revives. We will reply to your report with the day and time that your character will revive as well as where they will be reviving. However, we will not be deciding what your character loses as a result of their death. If you are submitting a character death for your hiatus, please tell us the OOC date that you will be returning. | |||

A small chapel--it's some sort of Christian denomination, but it's difficult to tell what kind with what little remains. Past the entrance are six pews on either side, all bolted down. The altar beyond is empty of its symbols, although the stained glass in the windows is of various saints. There is a small hallway beyond that leads to a room for a bride and a room for a groom, where weddings were once held, and a bathroom for men and women as well, each with two stalls and two sinks.
There is also a stairwell down that seems like it should be locked but isn't, and through the doors in the basement is a morgue. It's small but the walls are lined with doors that contain behind them shelves for bodies. There are small windows that you can open from the outside to view what's inside. Sometimes there are bodies in there, and sometimes they're people you know. There's no way to open these doors, even if they're empty.
The atmosphere only grows more suffocating here the longer you stay; if you try to stay too long (longer than one OOC day), you'll be forced to leave. Similarly, at 7PM, you will be forced to leave and not allowed to take shelter here.
