Obituary

The town of Norfinbury publishes obituaries over the network every two IC days (six OOC days). If your character dies for any reason (due to IC actions, as part of a hiatus, or as a result of being idled/dropped), you are required to report their death here. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the obituaries, we ask that you do not backdate deaths into a prior obituary period, and please be mindful when you plot a character death. Characters who have died as a result of IC actions will revive at erratic times. Additionally, upon revival, they will suffer a temporary loss of a major sense, ability, emotion, or memory for a minimum of three OOC days and a maximum of one OOC month. Moderators will roll for the amount of OOC days (between one and seven) until your character revives. We will reply to your report with the day and time that your character will revive as well as where they will be reviving. However, we will not be deciding what your character loses as a result of their death. Loss: Kid is going to be afflicted greatly by the Madness of Order. In short, he's canonly a god of death and order, the madness of order is the root cause of his obsessive-compulsive behaviors. In the manga, he is trapped in the Book of Eibon and ends up losing it. Instead of just feeling like symmetry and balance is great, he decides that nothing is great. But it doesn't matter whether it's big or best now. After all, everything will be reduced to a 'nothingness' of boundless symmetry...

Basically, he will want to destroy everything. Are you a person? He would really like to kill you. Killing you isn't quite enough, because the best would be reducing you to nothing at all but there's but so much he can do. Is that a table? He would like to break it until it's smashed to tiny, tiny bits. It's a madness of order where symmetry is too hard, balance is too hard, so wiping the slate is much much easier.

Zack just died in Kuns' arms tonight.

Loss: His memories from up until he was sixteen and a Second Class SOLDIER (so, basically, he'll be beginning-of-canon mentally for a little bit.)

Type of Death: IC consequence, a horrible experiment (see plot relevant searches).
Loss: Sherlock keeps a version of Moriarty chained up in his mind palace. For the duration of his loss, it will be that version of Moriarty running the show, while Sherlock is helplessly chained up to watch in the mind palace. It's worth noting that this isn't the real Moriarty, but a construct of him created by Sherlock's subconscious, and who knows he's part of Sherlock's brain.
